In-house brand & marketing design / Healthcare practice growth
SocialClimb
A brand refresh and the marketing system around it for a platform that helps medical practices win reviews, rank on Google and bring in the right patients: logo, style guide, website content, case studies, trade show, apparel and motion.

SocialClimb sells software to doctors, dentists and clinic managers: people who are busy, sceptical of marketing, and used to healthcare design that is beige. The brand had to feel credible enough for a hospital procurement meeting and sharp enough to stand out on a trade show floor next to everyone else’s blue.
The refresh kept the climbing-arrow mark and rebuilt everything around it: a navy, orange and sky palette, an updated style guide, and a set of templates so the marketing team could ship case studies, decks and web pages that looked like they came from the same place without waiting on a designer.

Credible enough for a hospital procurement meeting — sharp enough to be seen across a convention hall.
The brief behind the refresh, and the test every template had to pass.
02 — Social motion
Marketing advice, dispensed one tip a day.
For social, a listicle on winning new patients became a prescription bottle. The label reads 7 Ways to Acquire New Patients, take one pill by mouth every day, and the camera rolls down the bottle through each tip, starting with the Google Business Profile.
The conceit did the work a stock photo could not: it is instantly medical, it is a little funny, and it gives a long piece of content a reason to be watched to the end.
